The Local Head of Client Lifecyle Management is accountable and responsible to build-up a local CLM team. The objective of this new function is to support and/or execute key end-2-end CLM processes, such as onboarding, client file reviews, and account opening, but also to ensure Quintet client data is at any time in compliance with the Group FCC framework. In doing this there will be close cross-collaboration with Group CLM, local market, 2nd line of defence functions (esp. compliance, risk), and technology. In a first phase over 24-months the core focus will be especially on the roll out of the Group CLM function and the FCC framework. As a member of the Local Client Acceptance Committee also play a key role in decision-making for onboarding/review of clients.
