Purpose of the Job

The Local Head of Client Lifecyle Management is accountable and responsible to build-up a local CLM team. The objective of this new function is to support and/or execute key end-2-end CLM processes, such as onboarding, client file reviews, and account opening, but also to ensure Quintet client data is at any time in compliance with the Group FCC framework. In doing this there will be close cross-collaboration with Group CLM, local market, 2nd line of defence functions (esp. compliance, risk), and technology. In a first phase over 24-months the core focus will be especially on the roll out of the Group CLM function and the FCC framework. As a member of the Local Client Acceptance Committee also play a key role in decision-making for onboarding/review of clients. 

Key Accountabilities

 

 

  • Leading the local CLM team
  • Aligning with senior management in the local markets, and local 2nd line of defence functions
  • Implementing and steering the group CLM activities in the market
  • Implementing the target operating model (group / local) and organizational structure fit for purpose to deliver the activities of the function; sourcing right talent from within / or outside Quintet 
  • Building-up infrastructure and governance to ensure consistent and up to date client data in-line with regulatory requirements 
  • Creating a CLM culture within the location

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Seasoned expert in Client Lifecyle Management, including deep knowledge in industry best practice client onboarding and client file review processes 
  • Experienced in leading and running client file remediation programs on business / group level
  • Experience in client review/onboarding decision-making
  • Deep understanding of Quintet`s status quo and setup (given role will require immediate step-in and leadership of client file remediation programs in local market)
  • Experienced in leading a department within an international matrix organization

Technical Skills

 

  • Ideally experience with the local core banking systems
