The role holder will work in the Front office and will be responsible for providing investment advice to clients, working in support of a larger client bank leveraging the full value proposition of the Bank aligned with Quintet’s values.
This is a client facing role.

    Key Accountabilities

     

    Client partner: Act as the “Investment Advisor” for our wealthy clients and their families, delivering and implementing the full Discretionary and Advisory offering, partnering with the Client Advisors, and being innovative and tenacious in meeting client needs.

    • Lead for investment proposals & portfolio reviews for “bespoke” clients in discretionary & advisory.
    • Lead for delivering recommendation & executing client requests for “bespoke” advisory portfolios
    • Understand the clients’ needs and preferences for bespoke discretionary portfolio management.

     

    Client Advisors partner: ensure we drive a holistic approach to client relationships

    • Support our Client Advisors, and partner with Lending and Wealth Planning, in driving growth.
    • Support the Client Advisors in growing the client book together as a collaborative team.
    • Help develop, pitch and oversee customised DPM solutions tailored to the needs of ‘Bespoke’ clients

     

    ICS partner: the voice of our Research and Portfolio Construction investment views, including product recommendations to clients & Client Advisors for Quintet:

    • Provide an active feedback loop to colleagues in ICS on offering development, investment views, and product recommendations
    • Communicate our house view to Client Advisors and clients, ensuring high quality ‘after sales’ content for discretionary mandates and advisory solutions. 
    • Ensure that CAs are ‘enabled’ to provide best ideas to meet client needs
    • Implementation of investment views: ensure the different investment views, bespoke building blocks are delivered and reflected in Bespoke Advisory solutions.
    • Act as the ambassador of the entire Investment capabilities of our Group (i.e. Asset Allocation, Structured Solutions, Alternatives, Fund Solutions, Equities, Fixed Income, and Direct Investments)

     

    Change partner: be an agent of change for strategic transformation

    • Favour book transition according to Group objectives
    • Support solutions’ harmonisation to a more efficient value chain for investments

    Knowledge and Experience

     

    • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, or Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor, Analyst, Client Advisor with a strong background on portfolio construction.

    • Able to manage multiple interactions
    • Able to deliver messages and advices to sophisticated clients but also able to understood by less sophisticated clients.

    Technical Skills

     

    • Proficient use of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint 

    Languages Skills

     

    • Fluent in Finnish and English is required
    • Any additional language will be considered as an asset
