InsingerGilissen is the Dutch branch of Quintet Private Bank (Europe) S.A. (“Quintet Group”) and is a leading private bank in the wealth management sector; we are committed to our clients and their families, and pride ourselves on our personalised service based on a deep understanding of what clients want to achieve. Compared to others, Quintet Group is small (<1,700 employees across 50 European and UK locations) with an ambition to stay true to our purpose to be the most trusted fiduciary of family wealth. We offer a challenging and interesting role as mid to senior level general banking lawyer with experience in an in-house financial services team or a top tier law firm with previous experience in topics relevant to the private banking and financial intermediaries’ business. The role involves the provision of legal advice, including regulatory advice on general private banking external investment firms and investment fund topics and is part of the Group Legal Function based in Luxembourg. The coverage includes taking on Group wide responsibility for legal issues relating to the financial intermediaries’ business and investment fund topics (the latter in close collaboration with a dedicated other inhouse lawyer based in Luxembourg). The lawyer will closely collaborate with legal team colleagues in the head office in Luxembourg and across Europe and the UK to provide a combined view of legal advice and support on projects relevant for the Group. There will also be the opportunity to work on Group projects across the Group.
